Yun Fitness Boot Camps Starts Phase 6
Body transformation expert Jason Yun urges Columbus residents to join up and burn some serious fat. “Summer is the time when a lot of people slack off,” says Yun. “But it’s really the time you should work the hardest to stay in shape since it’s the part of the year when you want to look your best.”
Yun Fitness Boot Camps are fun and effective. Participants begin seeing results in just a few sessions. The camps include a variety of routines, including dynamic warm-ups, body weight intervals, and circuits featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
Camp participant Sarah Borich is thrilled with the results she’s achieved so far. “Since I started coming to boot camp in November, I’ve lost over 10 pounds of body fat,” she reports. “The workouts are easy to keep up with, even if you’re not an athlete. The trainers are helpful and encouraging, not intimidating at all.”
Boot camps are offered at convenient morning and evening times throughout the week. Each boot camp phase lasts four weeks with a one-week break.
