i need some input guys. i’ve been supplementing with creatine and whey for a while now. i get up and go to the gym at 5am. i take my creatine (2 tabs of kre-alkalyn) before i go and a double scoop whey shake along with my fish oil & vits when i get back.

i just ordered some bcaa powder and some glutamine powder to add. i’ve been reading about how much to take and when to take them. i have read about a dozen different opinions. before work out, during work out, after work out, at bedtime, etc.

so, if i’m going to bed at 10pm and getting up at 5am and going straight to the gym, when should i supplement creatine, protein, glutamine and bcaa’s???

any help would be appreciated. . .
