Protein Diet with School?
What would be a good meal plan that I can eat while im at school during the day and be getting plenty of protein? I can’t eat those 4-6 meals a day plans because I have school from 7 50 – 3 and right after I have football anywhere from 3:30 – 7/8. And the cheap greasy school food just doesn’t cut it.
Here’s my current statistics,
182-188 lbs depending on time throughout the day
6 ft
16 yrs
And also back around the spring time I went on the low-carb diet , which worked and I lost about 25 lbs of fat , and now i’ve gained about 10 lbs back. Though now I want to build back on that with muscle.
So do any of ya’ll know what I should be eating in my diet? And if you need to ask me a Q about something just post it.
