Hi
M very new to the forum.
Would like to know:
1) the proper way to split the excersises i.e should Pulls and Push exercises be seperated irrespective of the body parts/ muscles involed OR should the excercises related to Upper body be seperated from that of Lower Body excercises irrespective whether pulls and push are getting mixed up?
2) Can I take the protien shake while working out or it has to be taken ONLY after workout.
