Blast It 20 Minute Treadmill Run
Tired of doing the same thing all the time on the treadmill? Then try the fun interval style treadmill run below.
- 0-8 minutes. Run like the wind for 8 minutes. Speed 7.0.
- 8-10 minutes. Walk for 2 minutes. Speed 4.0.
- 10-15 minutes. Faster – you can do it for 5 minutes. Speed 7.5.
- 15-17 minutes. Walk for 2 minutes. Speed 4.0.
- 17-20 minutes. Blast it for 3 minutes! Speed 8.0.
- Slow down. Cool down. You did great!
The treadmill speeds are just a suggestion. Adjust it to your comfort level, but the point of this interval is to test yourself and push it, so don’t make it too easy.
