Just need abit of advice on cycles?
1.age:24
2.Weight/body fat:71kg/20% bf
3:Training serious for 15months
4:no prevous cycling
5:I train 5 days a week,trying a certain muscle each day
6:have a have a diet high in carbs and protein and take supplments such as creatine,whey protein and nano vapor.
7:and my goals are to try and put on some mass to help kick start my weight gain abit more.
Any advie would be much appreciated
