Need 3 Days Bulking Workout Routine

Can anyone suggest a good 3 days per week bulking workout routine. I’ve been following the 6 days single bodypart wrkout …. had good results but now i’ve reached an upper limit and wanna change my routine.
I was 74 kgs, came down to 65 kgs for my modelling shoot now wanna gain and cross 90 kgs in say around 4 months… help guyz
