Review: Flexcin
50 yo 5′ 10" Male
Starting weight 242
Diet currently I’m on low carb diet aprox 2800 cal. which is about 200 below maint right now.
I try to keep my protein intake about 250 to 300 gr.
Fats about 125 gr.
I lift heavy keeping compound movements in the 5 to 6 rep range then secondary movements 8 to 12 rep range.
3 days a week.
Horizontal push pull/Vertical push pull/legs.
I’ve been taking Flexcin for about three weeks and have a noticeable decrease in joint pains. Only other supplement I take that helps with joint issues would be fish oil about 10 grams per day spread out in two doses.
I have had some issues with shoulder tendinitis which i am very careful not to inflame. Also have occasional flare-ups of rheumatoid arthritis which has not been an issue for the last several years. Hopefully with maintaining current activity level and the supplementation of Flexcin I won’t have any more flareups.
Only side effect I’ve noticed is my hair tends to grow faster. I’m finding I need to get a haircut every two weeks instead of once a month.
I still have over a two month supply left so we’ll see what happens but so far I’m happy with the product.
