4) never done a cycle
5) 15 minute morning jog on waking 6 days per week, 2 muscle groups in gym 4-5 days per week, 2 hours martial arts 4-6 days per week (30-45 mins cardio)
3500k-4500k cal per day clean diet – no junk
6) my goals would be to get the "golden pair" and burn fat + gain weight while on cycle, maybe keep 15 pounds muscle and stay between 10-20%bf

Thanks for everyones help and input, it is VERY much appreciated. Waiting on my blood work to come back before I get started.

1st cycle planned:

Week 1-12 Test-E 500mg
Week 1-10 Deca 300mg
Week 3-12 HCG 250ui E4D

Do I have to start HCG on the first week or can I wait until it week 3 as Eric suggests?

Are the time frames and dosages good? I’m somewhat concerned with Deca from what I’ve read about, but it seems safe at this level if you have it with test. Any ideas?

WK13.5-14.5: Clomid 100mg/ED & Nolvadex 40mg/ED
WK14.5-15.5: Clomid 50mg/ED & Nolvadex 20mg/ED

Is there anything else that one should add for the PCT here? Arimedex?

Does the dosage and time table look ok? PCT look ok?
