Alright so im planning to finish off summer with a cycle. I wanted to get something going to run for the duration of summer but due to personal events I had to delay it. So with that I came up with these ideas to run for the remainder.

Stats- 25yrs old and about 210lbs @ 13-14%

Previous Cycles- Started my days with various PH’s and designer steroids, test solo, some test/winny and bulked off dbol/test/deca.

Diet- I have found what works best for me is a moderate/high carb,high protein and lower fat diet. I like to keep my fats at 20-25% of kcals, with this setup raise protein to about 1.5g/lb (300g daily) and fill in the remainder with carbs. I was thinking of starting right around 2700 and see how i do from there. Food sources are basic- chicken,eggs, whey, greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, oats, veggies, fruits, PB/almond butter, healthy oils, EFAs.

Im planning to use Test Prop, RPN Havoc, maybe oral winny and would like to incorporate the clen/t3 I have from Extreme Peptide. Here are a few options I have been thinking of.

Weeks 1-8: Test Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-4: Havoc 30/40/40/40

Weeks 1-8: Clen starting @ 40mcg for 2 weeks then bumping up 20 every 2
Weeks 1-8:T3 @ 50mcg ED then tapering off the last few days @ 25mcg

Weeks 6 or 7-10: Winny @ 50mg ED

Every cycle will include Adex at 0.5mg EOD since I have research stop Adex on hand. Also using a cycle support blend daily. Will also use supps including my preworkout, EFA’s, yohimbine hcl, acetyl l carnitine, green tea. Taurine on hand if needed for havoc.

PCT for all- Followng Heavy’s sticky on PCT (clomid, vit c, creatine)
