Ok where do i start, i cant believe im posting and even asking but if i dont i wont further myself but i want to lose the gut, what are some things i can do? kitchen wise? training wise? id really like to be much slimmer and to have a 6 pack plus get bigger arms

im 6′3, 195 but im not proud of looking at myself, please help
