i’m sorry for the first one i don’t know the name, you sit down, pull backwards works out ur back really good… is 110 pounds for 5 sets of 10 good for never working out my back?

leg press, 395 5 sets of 10 and again, never have worked out my legs..

bench press, 185 5 sets of 5, HARDLY work it out, less than once a month

curl 35 pound db’s 5 sets of 10 used to do a curl work out like once every 2 weeks at most (that hurt my arms for a couple days.. LOL)

shoulder press, 125 5 sets of 10 (never have dont shoulder presses, well maybe like 5-10 times 3-4 years ago..)

is that good for my weight and newness at working out?

i still have yet to get my reps out of squats and deads to see where i stand there and a couple more machines… need to get my routine started though…
