The date is set for Fitness and Charity to come together and help each other out once again. Yun Fitness Bootcamp of Columbus is putting on it’s 2nd Charity event to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana- Central Ohio Region.

July 25. This coming Saturday. Residents of Columbus, OH and vicinity will be able to come and get a butt-kicking workout and help out some Central Ohio children with possibly their last wish ever.

100% of all proceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana Central Ohio Region. A $15 donation gets you into a fast paced, interval-style, fat-burning workout. The first event held in June raised $500 for the charity.

The owner of Yun Fitness Bootcamp, Jason Yun, is making his impact felt in two kinds of ways. ‘I’ve been given the chance to change people’s lives by making them healthier, leaner, and fitter, but it’s nothing short of a miracle that with that same program I get to give back and help out Columbus children. I feel blessed, twice over,’ Yun proclaims.

People who sign up for the Yun Fitness Bootcamp Charity camp can expect an adventure. Several different body weight circuits will start the class off, and then it’s into interval training with kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, tornado balls, and a host of other fitness equipment. You can’t help but get fit and have fun at bootcamp.

It all goes down Saturday, July 25th, 2009 at 9:15 am at the Dexter Falls Park in Columbus. Registration and donations are being taken now. You can register online or by phone by calling 614-432-9703. Donations can be made online or in person at the Charity Bootcamp.
