BalancedLife Fitness is offering a challenging yet fun group workout where the focus is on ‘fitting fitness’ into your day! The BalancedLife Fitness boot camp caters to every fitness level and encourages all participants to be the fittest they can be!

BootCamps are to be held twice a week in a span of four years, which is about 8 one hour sessions. This month’s boot camp will start on the 9th of January, while the February boot camp will kick off in the 6th of February.
