How to Lose Weight

Losing weight, ever one knows this can be hard even if you do exercise. I have been looking for a way to lose weight and not have to exercise and I have finally found the answer, and its water. Yes, water I found out that if you drink a lot of water you can lose weight with out even exercise. Yes this works and I will tell you how your body needs water to live ever day so when you do drink water your body holds on to that water because it’s dose not know when you will drink more water and that adds weight to your body. But if you drink a lot of water like over a gallon of water or more a day your body will let go of all the water it’s been holding on to for so long and that causes you to lose weight with out the exercise. But in order to lose weight you will have to eat smaller meals and only eat three meals a day. I’ve put this to the test I was 172 pounds and in just a week I am 160 pounds and I did not exercise. I did change the way I eat I don’t eat anything after 9pm. Not if you like to exercise then this is a way to lose weight faster. The one thing I can say that I don’t like about this diet is I have to go to the bathroom a lot but I can deal with it. If you’re trying to lose weight then you can try this.
