we want you

One of the hardest things for any business is getting people in the door. If you’re good at what you do, once they’re in the door, you can get them to stay.

There are a ton of effective fitness marketing methods to get new folks in the door, but chances are you already have hundreds of folks who you’ve already been in contact with, and you’ve forgotten about them.

We tend to think about the people we see and work with every day. Sadly we sometimes forget about the people who used to be clients, and we almost always forget about the folks who tried a few sessions but for various reasons decided not to continue training at that time.

If you’re looking to increase your client list, you need to be contacting these two groups of people.

You already have your foot in the door with these folks.

  • You’ve interacted with them before.
  • They’ve trusted you with their health and fitness before.
  • They already know what your training program is like.
  • You already have ALL of their contact information.

So what are you waiting for?

Depending on how long you’ve been in business, you could have literally hundreds of people to contact.

That’s hundreds of potential recurring clients.

That’s potentially, a whole lot of cash you need to be collecting.

Here are your steps…

  • Gather all the previous client information.
  • Attempt to recall why they stopped training.
  • Write a phone script, that starts off with a simple hello and we wanted to see how things were going type of feel.
  • Mention the additions to your schedule or new programs you’ve added since they’ve been in.
  • Invite them in for a two week trial to get them back into a training program.
  • Send them a card letting them know it was nice speaking with them again, and include the two week trial.
  • Then follow up with them via email or phone.
