Hey everyone, I am new to this site – but I wanted to get everyone’s insight on SPAWN and if they have tried it?

Right now, I weigh 215 lbs, I am 6′6 tall, and currently at 8.9% body fat.

I just returned from Jamaica and was on a shredding diet before I left – I dropped 11 lbs of body weight and went down 3 waist sizes. I want to put that weight back on and then some.

Currently, I am taking in around 4,200 calories per day

220g of protein
450g of carbs

Supplements:
100% Whey Protein
Mega Gainer
X-pand Nitric Oxide Reactor
SPAWN
Milk Thistle

In the gym, I am doing 4 sets of 8 with max weight.

So the real question is – should I be taking the SPAWN? Everywhere I have read is that it will put the weight on you (today is only my 3rd day on it)
