I just received the coupon book from costco and saw coupons for vitamins and fish oil. Would they be recommended over other vitamins(atleast for the price if i have to take two or three to be equal)

Nature made fish oil
Costco – $12.39 after $3 OFF Nature Made® Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200 mg
