Hello everybody,

I started lifting weights almost 3 weeks ago … and I have seen no noticeable changes? Now I don’t know what’s wrong, like not eating enough, eating too much? I workout every other day, and I do cardio(jog 45 minutes) 5 times a week, I rest 2 days..

Sex: Male
Age: 15
Weight: 74 Kgs

My Workout is:
Bench Press 4×5
Squats 5×5
Deadlifts 3×5
Lat pulldowns 8×3
Lunges 12×3
Dips 9×3..

And my diet is:
Breakfast:
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk
4 whole eggs boiled
1 medium apple

Snack:
2 slices wholemeal toast with cottage cheese

3rd Meal:
Tuna sandwich(2 slices toast)

Lunch:
150g chicken breast/fish/meat with vegs

5th Meal:

150g chicken breast/fish/meat with vegs

Pre-bed:
1 Cup cottage cheese with vegs

I think this matches my calories needs, which is 2300 calories.
