Most people fail even before they start working out because their mentality is wrong. You will not lose pounds because you have hired a personal trainer. Please do not mistake us for liposuction machines, because a personal trainer is more like a hired solider and strategist ready to go to war with you. When you want to wave the white flag and give up, we will be there to burn the flag and keep you fighting.

You need to know that the first step is always the hardest. Although it is not physical, the hardest workout you will ever do is at home before you go to the gym for the first time.

Physical change only happens through mental change. It is imperative that you stay mentally strong when you first start working out, because make no mistake about it this can be an emotional rollercoaster-ride. You must change your daily routines and sacrifice many things that are important to you. Ironic enough many people are scared of change, although change makes their lives more exiting and worth living.

Research has shown that if you stay strong for at least 60-90 days, chances are that your workouts will become a habit like anything else in your life.
