I’m hurting with a hamstring pull
boo hoo me. But I’ve used the RICE technique and for 2 weeks I was able to stand the pain. btw I self diagnosed myself to a level 1 pull but it still hurts.
After 2 weeks I thought I could play rqball again but I cannot make any quick adjustments. I cannot cut in one direction quickly without pain. I hate it. I’ve been looking around for some remedial things I can do but there is so much I don’t know what advice to take.
Can someone help by giving me your experiences in rehabilitating a hamstring pull so that I can play rqball again?
