YouTube – Squat Rx #16: The Hack Squat

Does this look right?

I ask because yesterday I tried Hack Squats for the first time, and, while I didn’t feel ANY discomfort at all, I did find my upper back rounding a bit on the top of the concentric because the bar was hitting my hips. So, this guys says to pull them in harder and sooner, but it looks like he still has some rounding. Is this okay?
