Cayenne Pepper: You Can Prevent a Heart Attack Within Seconds

Constantly on the search for healthy things to add to my diet, I’d heard about cayenne pepper and knew this had to be next on my list of things to learn about and share with others.
What is cayenne pepper?
Cayenne pepper is a red-brown finely ground powder made from chilli seeds and pods.

There are many invaluable benefits to adding cayenne pepper in your diet. It has been proven to reduce cardiovascular disease, stomach aches and pains, as well as ease circulatory system diseases. Used on the skin, cayenne pepper can even help reduce arthritis.
In hot, tropical climates, cayenne pepper helps to induce perspiration which cools the body down. It also stimulates the brain to secrete endorphins and speed up metabolism aiding in weight loss. Furthermore, it blocks pain by blocking substance P which sends pain messages to the brain.
Preventing Heart Attacks
This miraculous pepper has been known to literally stop a heart attack within seconds. There have been stories of people who administered cayenne extract to a person suffering from a heart attack and within 30 seconds that person had fully recovered. So, be sure to keep this magic extract close by. You never know whose life you could save.
How is cayenne pepper typically used in cooking?
For cooking, cayenne pepper is used as a condiment and a spice. It is used in a wide array of seafood dishes like salmon, crab, scallops and more. You can find it sprinkled on hors d’oeurves, soups, soufflés and omelets. Try it on fried chicken, vegetables and grilled dishes as well. It’s also used in smoked foods, sauces, and pickles.
How should you store cayenne pepper?
Store it in a dark cabinet as its properties are affected by direct sunlight. Purchase it in small quantities as its benefits fade quickly with time. Use it sparingly as a condiment because it has a powerful effect.
