Looking for advice
- For protein i cant decide between the new GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 or Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
and
- naNO Vapor Hardcore Pro Series? Ive read some stuff on this and heard a lot of people getting sick from it. I just want to know what pre-workout supplement i should get if im looking to build muscle without the use of creatine. naNO vapor has very little creatine and anything close to that would best fit. Another thought was NO Explode but i have not ever had any experience with these..
Any suggestions?
