the 100% whey was good and i like it. but the 250,size on and plazmajet were not so great. i did not feel much. and real big pumps or crazy energy.:geewhiz:
i want to jump back on the supplements coz i started working and i need a boost before gym. i build house for a living and its hard work. i just want a stack that will give me energy befor gym, help build muscle and recovery. something along those lines.
i understand how food is the key. i try to eat healthy when i can. and train hard and go cardio 2-3 times a week.
i was tolled that u need this types of supplements to build muscles
- Protein
-Creatine
- Glutamine
-Amino Acids
-NO (Nitric Oxide)
but i just want to know what i real need and which products are wear buying.i had a stack in mind.
-100% whey are a protein
- some type of Creatine Ethyl Ester
-USP Labs Jacked / Jack3d
-Scivation Xtend
