Hi,

Just after some info if doing a 45 minutes weights session in the morning then a 20mins cardio session in the afternoon the same day is this over training or is it bad to do??

also is traing 1 body part each day over 6 days each week going to get more gains compared to training all upper body 3 times a week any different?
