Second cycle of m1t?

I just finished my first cycle(3 weeks on) of m1t about 3 weeks ago. I took all the recomended pills (i.e. milk thistle, hawthorne berry). While using i went on a protein called Isomax Extreme gainer that worked amazing. 995 calories per 3 scoops and 65 grams of protein a serving. It also had creatine in it, Im finishing my PCT in 2 days of nolvadex, milk thistle, and tribulus. I was wondering How soon should i start my next cycle of m1t?

Review: Flexcin

My Stat’s as of 5/30/09:
50 yo 5′ 10" Male
Starting weight 242

Diet currently I’m on low carb diet aprox 2800 cal. which is about 200 below maint right now.
I try to keep my protein intake about 250 to 300 gr.
Fats about 125 gr.

I lift heavy keeping compound movements in the 5 to 6 rep range then secondary movements 8 to 12 rep range.
3 days a week.
Horizontal push pull/Vertical push pull/legs.

I’ve been taking Flexcin for about three weeks and have a noticeable decrease in joint pains. Only other supplement I take that helps with joint issues would be fish oil about 10 grams per day spread out in two doses.
I have had some issues with shoulder tendinitis which i am very careful not to inflame. Also have occasional flare-ups of rheumatoid arthritis which has not been an issue for the last several years. Hopefully with maintaining current activity level and the supplementation of Flexcin I won’t have any more flareups.

Only side effect I’ve noticed is my hair tends to grow faster. I’m finding I need to get a haircut every two weeks instead of once a month.

I still have over a two month supply left so we’ll see what happens but so far I’m happy with the product.

Cycle Recommendations and PCT Length….

Recommendations with this? And has anybody ever use A-dex for PCT. Normally I use Nov/Clo but can’t get it. How much and how long of A-dex? EOD?

Question about BB Rows and DB Rows

Are they essentially the same exercise? Or BB Rows focus more on middle part of back and traps and DB Rows focus more on lats?

Protein and Amino Acids

I’ve been looking for a whey protein isolate shake that has a high protein content per serving and has the right amino acid profile. I know a good amino acid profile will rapidly absorbed for powerful and effective lean muscle gain. I’m trying to gain muscle but stay lean and ripped at the same time. I’ve been using Muscle Gauge Pure Whey Protein Isolate which has 24g protein per serving (28.4g). Only 1 g of sugar per serving, Zero lactose, zero cholesterol, and the amino acid profile is good. Now I have tried many Whey Protein Isolate shakes but Muscle Gauge Pure Whey Protein Isolate taste the best, is the least expensive, and I have seen results in my body in a short amount of time. Being a perfectionist though I’m looking for the best and just wondering if anyone knows anything better out there or is Muscle Gauge Pure Whey Protein Isolate the best stuff out right now.
