Who Are You Learning From?

You’re reading this blog, so I know that you’re committed to building a better business.

You’re hopefully doing what it takes to educate yourself.  Attending seminars and conferences.  Reading and investing in educational resources. Getting coaching or taking advantage of internship opportunities.

But don’t forget – lessons are everywhere.

I’ve learned some of my most powerful lessons by studying businesses outside of the fitness industry.

Retailers.

Restaurants.

Coffee Shops.

Movie Theaters.

Oil Change Shops.

Amusement Parks.

The list goes on and on.  There are educational opportunities everywhere if you’re willing to be open to them.

My next door neighbor owns 52 Wendy’s restaurants. He played a significant role in founding Long John Silver’s, Rally’s and Chi Chi’s. Restaurant chains that generated billions in revenues.

Think there’s something to be learned from him?

In fact, the other day when I was chatting with him and asking questions he told me the two most important things in the restaurant business were:

  1. Having a really good product.  Product not only being the food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant, the value the customer gets for what they spend and the speed at which they get what they order.
  2. Treating customers extraordinarily well.  Do everything with a smile, over deliver on expectations and leave customers thrilled with their experience.

Think that applies to what we do?

Thought so.

So be sure to spend some time this Holiday season studying what businesses are doing to try to attract more customers, motivate customers to make bigger purchases and to get customers to come back again and again.

Then see if there is a way you can apply what you learn to your business.

It’s been said again and again because it’s true …success leaves clues.

But it’s up to you to find them.

is this stuff legit? delta pharms dbol

just got my dbol in today from delta pharmaceuticals. its called "methandro pro 10 tabs" says its from Lepzig, Germany. Has anyone used this stuff or heard of the lab?This is my first time with dbol and I would like to make sure its legit.

creatine and pct

alrite guys a little stumped. About to run a tren and sust cycle with a very clean diet to add solid lean muscle and cut up. Besides running my normal pct (nolva, clomid) i would like to run creatine as well. Now do you think the water weight gain from creatine would kinda be shooting myself in the foot or be low enough not to matter. thoughts? thx guys

I’m hurting with a hamstring pull

I used to play 5-6 times a week 20 years ago but now that I’m 60 I’m doing rqball 2 -3 times a week. First time in my life I pulled my hamstring during a session of rqball. I know it’s my fault for not warming up properly.

boo hoo me. But I’ve used the RICE technique and for 2 weeks I was able to stand the pain. btw I self diagnosed myself to a level 1 pull but it still hurts.

After 2 weeks I thought I could play rqball again but I cannot make any quick adjustments. I cannot cut in one direction quickly without pain. I hate it. I’ve been looking around for some remedial things I can do but there is so much I don’t know what advice to take.

Can someone help by giving me your experiences in rehabilitating a hamstring pull so that I can play rqball again?

Anadrol 50/42 – Questions!

Hi!

I am about to start a cycle of Anadrol for 6 weeks, starting next week, but I am wondering what I should do to keep most of the gains I’ll make and how to minimize the risk of gyno as much as possible! My goal is to gain as much strength as possible and to keep most of it.

I am planning the cycle in this way:
50mg Anadrol ed
25mg Proviron ed
1-3 Milk Thistle ed

PCT:
0.5mg Letrozole ed (How long?)

PCT (For letro!):
25mg Tamoxifen ed for 14-28 days or 50mg for 14 days!

No injects, I do not wish to use any either. Also wondering if it would help if I use 0.25mg – 0.5mg letro during the cycle against gyno and if that would have any negative impact? One more thing, would it help to keep my gains if I add clenbuterol during the first 14 days of PCT?
