Myth: Chocolate is loaded with saturated fat and is bad for your cholesterol.
Fact: Stearic acid, the main saturated fat found in milk chocolate, is unique. Research has shown that it doesn’t raise cholesterol levels the same way that other types of saturated fats do. In fact, eating a 1.4 ounce chocolate bar instead of a carbohydrate-rich snack has been shown to increase HDL (good) cholesterol levels.

Ok basically I stopped training about a year ago after training for about 9 months and seeing little results (hence the stopping part) now I realise this was due to my diet and the fact I was training with people who didn’t have a clue which meant I was over training. Now I’ve got my training sorted I’d like to get my diet sorted without buying a book on the internet from some bloke who probably weighs the same as my nan. It would be great if someone could give me a few examples of diets you have used yourselves and KNOW work. Thanks everyone, lee

Hey yo, I’m 24 yrs. 6′ 3" 230 lbs with a large build and about 16% bf. Been training off and on for 5-6 years. I’ve put on some solid mass throughout those years, but looking for an edge. Its extremely easy for me to gain weight, especially body fat. My goal is to be at a solid 240 lbs with a 2-4% decrease in bf. Just finished my first week of injections w/ Sust 250 mg twice a week and eq 200mg twice a week. Planning on an 8-10 week cycle, depending on results. If theres anybody that can help me on what to expect it would greatly be appreciated! And to any devil dogs… Semper Fi
