My #1 Fitness Business Marketing Tip

People ask me all the time – what’s the best marketing tactic?

Honestly, that’s like asking what the best training tool is.

Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands… everyone has their own opinion.

Same with marketing tactics.

Some people love public speaking while others can’t stand it.

Pay per click is a favorite for some, while others avoid it completely.

But here is one thing that you can go to the bank on when it comes to marketing:

If something works – do more of it.

If you’re good at public speaking, find more places to speak.

If yard signs work – put more out.

Seems simple, but it’s more uncommon than you’d ever believe.

Coaches come to me and say ‘I’ve been getting a lot of leads from networking, so I need something else I can do.’

Ummmm… how about more networking?

So my #1 marketing tip is this: If something is working – do more of it.

That’s pretty much what we’re doing with live events.

Our most successful clients are the ones who attend live events.

They are the ones who always do the best job of implementing.

So it dawned on us: do more live events icon wink My #1 Fitness Business Marketing Tip

Ok so anything goes so who has had

Genital warts and has had then burned off. I read this article saying almost everyone has this papillomavirus and for men they just burn them off but for women it can be a little more of a concern. So who goes first, lol

HDrol/Androhard Cycle Advise

Alright bros I’m planning an Hdrol/Androhard cycle and am looking for some advise. I’m going to be doing a lean bulk. So far this is what I got:

Hdrol:50/75/75/75/75/75
AH: 2 caps am-2caps pm for the six weeks I’m on Hdrol so 4 a day for 6 weeks

Going to take AI cycle support during cycle.

PCT: Testosterone Recovery Stack by Primordial Performance

Should I add a SERM? I’d like to avoid a SERM if possible considering the cost and some of the side effects I hear. Help on PCT would definitely be appreciated, I heard some people taking OTC pct and doing fine but I don’t want to lose my gains.

Any input would be great thanks!

What’s the problem with wheat?

This is one of the best Robb Wolf podcasts I’ve ever heard. It’s an incredibly in-depth conversation with the author of Wheat Belly.

One thing that makes Davis’ voice unique in this milieu is that he’s not a “health nut” — he was trained as a cardiologist. It seems that cardiothoracic surgeons are really getting the connection between systemic inflammation, insulin resistance, disrupted cell signaling, and the reactive proteins (as well as the endocannabinoids) in wheat.

They see the evidence of dietary changes in real time and space, and their metrics are fairly non-negotiable: Does someone have giant fatty chunks in their arteries or not? Does someone clutch their chest and keel over or not? Does someone have X or Y particle or chemical circulating or not?

In Davis’ case, he stumbled across the wheat – cardiovascular disease connection by accident. Noticing that whole wheat bread raised blood sugar significantly, he asked his heart patients simply to remove weight. Not change their diets. Not go “low carb”. Just take out the wheat.

Results: Vastly, measurably improved health indicators, fat loss, and surprise health bonuses such as decreased asthma, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, skin conditions, etc.

In this podcast, Davis and Wolf explain — in clear, accessible language that nevertheless educates and informs — what the big friggin deal is with wheat, and why we “health nuts” seem to feel the need to pry bread out of everyone’s hands.

(Yes, yes, I weep for bread too. It was a great loss to me, but my bowels sure as hell don’t miss it.)

If you listen to no other Robb Wolf podcast (well, maybe the interview with me is cool too), listen to this one.
